Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TRUEs. If you aren't completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Items

  Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 days of receipt at our warehouse.
